Finding Home: My New Church Family and Why Community Matters

“I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord.”

What a delight it was to see my neighbors at church today! I first met many of them while I was out campaigning, and now I get to see them again, this time in the house of God, along with others I connected with throughout my journey. What a blessing!

Campaigning was such a joy. I met so many wonderful people and built a strong community of supporters and friends. The best is still yet to come!

I also want to give a huge thank-you to Momentum for donating food to our community and for sending me with the extra bags of food for the employees at the Waffle House on Hwy 20. Your generosity truly reflects the heart of this community.

Momentum has become such a blessing in my life. I originally started attending so I could take my grandson, and somewhere along the way, I found a special place that feels like home. Although I’ll still visit Tabernacle of Praise, I’ve decided that Momentum will be my church home. The messages are deep, heartfelt, and focused on building a real relationship with God.
