Let’s build a better McDonough, together.

🎃 Today was an absolutely amazing day! It started with breakfast at Gritz with one of my supporters who’s also become a dear friend, followed by the Henry County Chamber of Commerce Member Appreciation Lunch — one of my favorite events of the year! We always have such a great time dressing up and celebrating together.

Later, my coordinator and I handed out more than 2,000 pieces of candy on the Square, and it was pure joy seeing all the little ones (and their parents!) smiling and having fun. Now, I’m finishing the evening by giving out candy at home because I truly love this time of year.

As a mother and grandmother, moments like these mean even more to me. I absolutely love our kids and the joy they bring to our community. It’s all about the spirit of giving and creating spaces where our young people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
